ZillowVERIFIED Gena Foster is the only agent I will ever go to! She has met every one of my wants and needs in my homebuying process. She knows the area very well and has given back to the community she serves in so many ways. A great person who will listen to your concerns and follow through. I was well informed during every step of the process. She is the best agent hands down!

ZillowVERIFIED She was very responsive to our needs, as we worked 3 rd shift, she gladly accomodated us when it came to our schedule to look at homes. She knew the in & outs of the type of loan we were approved for so she didnt waste our time with showing us homes she knew wouldnt pass fha terms, she was very knowledgable about the premises she showed us, when it came to past electric bills for previous owners. Just a flat out Wonderful person to deal with.

ZillowVERIFIED We only had one small hitch in the selling and buying of our homes, which is probably not uncommon, and was resolved. Gena was knowledgeable and very helpful in considering major factors, and resale potential, should we choose to move again. She even helped us look at a home for sale by owner, giving us pointers. We have lived in our home for 14 years now. It was a a good choice!

ZillowVERIFIED I have been working with Gena for 3 years now, buying and selling homes, and it would be hard to overstate how fortunate I feel to be associated with her and Chace properties. Gena's valuations are extremely accurate, her eye for detail on condition issues is expert, and her whole team's responsiveness keeps me up to date on my portfolio, which is critical for a remote owner. You'd be lucky to have her on your side, and I can recommend Gena and Chace Properties without reservation.

ZillowVERIFIED First time home buying is pretty scary, but Gena eased all my worries! She was able to answer all my questions no matter how simple or complex, and kept reassuring me I wasn't a bother to do so. She showed me all the houses I wanted to look at and never made me feel rushed. But she didn't let me waste my time looking at houses that wouldn't pass inspection for my financing. She pointed out a lot of things I wouldn't have noticed on my own, like potential pest problems and foundation issues. She negotiated a price I was happy with and even got a few things paid for by the sellers. I had an awesome experience house shopping with Gena! I highly recommend working with her!

ZillowVERIFIED Friendly, and real. She was great to work with. Honest, ethical, and professional. Those are hard to find in any profession, especially sales, when you're paid on commission only. I will definately work with her again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Gena is very knowledgeable and has many years of experience. She is truthful and will tell you price, and what she can or cannot do for you. She was readily available for questions or concerns. Highly reccomend! She showed me many houses. I did have my home on the market briefly but took down the listing due to personal issues, no fault of Gena. In the end I decided to stay in my home and not move, but will have Gena represent me if I decide to list in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Gena was very easy to work with. She helped find exactly what I was looking for in a different house. But before I could buy my dream home I had to sell my other house and she helped with this stressful situation!

ZillowVERIFIED Once you meet Gena, she will become more than a Realtor to you! She built her business from the ground up, (which is rare to find these days), she is very grounded and down to earth; I would never work with another agent! By closing you'll be friends, hanging out on the lake. Gena put in long hours on the phone, meeting up when convenient for us and was very reassuring whenever we had doubts or questions throufhtout the process.

ZillowVERIFIED It started out with me calling Gena my realtor and ended up with me also calling her one of my best friends. She is one of the hardest working realtors I have met. I have worked with several realtors for my personal home and for investment properties. For me none have compared to her real estate knowledge that she keeps up on. I believe Gena's personal character and people skills have made her the success she is today. She is compassionate, hardworking, she will put herself out there and get the job done. I have and will continue to refer people to Gena. Gena also is involved with several causes and has had a hand in making a lot of people smile! What an awesome job and life choice! Making people smile!Your friend! Jillybean
