It was two weeks before Christmas. We, the buyers, were in Oklahoma; the sellers were in Ohio; the home and its caretaker were in Polaris, Montana; and Carol was in Atlanta that week. We and the Sellers had started miles apart figuritively and literally, a month before. Carol was frank, professional, patient and absolutely flawless in prompt, clear, honest communication. She got a difficult deal done to every party's satisfaction. Electronic communication could not have been made simpler. She was obviously faithful to her client, the seller, but was mindful of our interests as well. We closed on target, on time.
