It was clear she showed me properties that met my criteria not just properties that were her listings. She gave sound advise since she knows this area very well. Specifically she provided key information about well logs and any issues about water rights and potential for changes in the legal description we should have to meet muster with legal interpretation. Carol was thoughtful about pricing and how to structure the offer. She pulled comparable sells in the area and reviewed them with me to determine starting points and what banks would look at for appraisals and financing options. And when it came down to all the details she was on time and made everything as simple as possible for me. She outlined deadlines and key actions that I had to take to meet the terms of the agreement. If I had questions she assisted with getting a answers from the seller, the title company and others.
