I began my career path right out of High School working in a Family Business, where I pounded the pavement learning the fundamentals of sales & service. I exceeded all targets for sales revenue and was recognized as a top performer. I left the Family Business to start a successful Consumer Electronics Company specializing in communication solutions for the wireless industry. After twelve years invested in growing that company and developing the business, I sold that company and started investing in Real Estate. Driven by my passion for real estate and years of experience buying and selling investment properties, I started my next chapter as a Realtor in 1995. And within a few short years, I became a Real Estate Broker, Opening and running my own Real Estate Company in 2001. A Maryland resident my entire life I have personally participated in the development and renovation of hundreds of properties. My unique background and skill set encompassed over twenty-eight years of experience in sales, marketing, real estate development, real estate investing, and technology. I was lucky the day I called the realty company Blindly.I got Dale!! I lost my husband and was familiar with dagsboro(have a trailor here).Dale was by my side every step of the way.Even helping alot to sell my house in balto. He was not my agent in Balto. but he came to balto. And assisted me with repairs etc. He had the patience of a saint with me, kind ,supportive showed me what was good in the houses and bad.We looked at a lot of houses!! Dale is a great real-estate agent to work with! Moving from New Jersey to Delaware, Dale helped me every step of the way. His knowledge of home construction, home builders, and neighborhoods was valuable. Dale is unlike other real-estate agents that I have worked with, in the sense that he actually cares about your home-buying experience, and that you don't get yourself into a house that you really can't afford. Dale took a personal interest in helping me to find the right home, and he always made himself available. He assisted with virtual home tours, in-person home tours, negotiations, and navigating tricky HOA contracts.
