One of my biggest pet peeves with realtors is their pushy nature, but Dale completely broke that mold. ZillowVERIFIED Dale was outstanding in every respect with the purchase of our new home. I work long hours, and Dale was able to schedule the viewings of the houses I wanted to look at late in the evening. Once we decided on a house, we found that it had been taken off the Market. Dale intervened with the sellers, and they agreed to allow us to view one last time with my wife and Children. We ended up needing a second appraisal which Dale organized. He put us in touch with the Title Company, Home Inspection, and Home insurance. I was not able to be part of the home Inspection, but Dale stepped in and supervised the Water test, Septic Test and the home inspection. He was with us all the way with follow up emails, text messages and kept us informed all the time. On the final walk through we found that the sellers had not completed any of the work that we had noted during the home inspection. Dale once again stepped in and took care of everything. He got quotes, liaised with the sellers agent who had them cut us a check for the outstanding work. After closing Dale came to our new house and was unhappy that the Sellers had not cut the grass. He went home and returned with his mower and cut the grass for us. Dale is an outstanding agent who really cares about doing things right. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home or land .
