Bates Realty

We had to move near one of our children. She did a wonderful job cleaning up the mess we left behind and getting it ready to sell in short order. She recomended a selling price far above our expectatations and got it. She was also able to negotiate her way through a huge list of contingecies requested by the buyers and their lender. We heartely recomend her to anyone buying or selling a house.

Kay is an incredibly knowledgeable representative. She really knows the process, the law, and the negotiation process. She has been my agent for four properties now and I very much appreciate her! And by the way, if you are selling/buying land, she is the go to person!!!

Thank you, Kay, for everything you did to make this happen. You went above and beyond from day one - keeping me calm, informed, and always one step ahead. I'm so grateful not just for your expertise, but for the care and heart you put into your work. Truly couldnt have done this without you

Kay was an excellent realtor for my family. We used her services to sell our old house and purchase a new one. She made the whole process much easier than expected, and I highly recommend her!

Kay did an outstanding job ! She is very knowledgeable of the area she is working in. I would recommend Kay to any one looking to buy or sell their homes. I would definitely use her services again if I ever need to. I was out of state ( in Ohio ) and selling property in California. She is devoted to you and goes up and beyond the call of duty. She is a wonderful asset and is always pleasant to talk to.
