From both perspectives though, we found Kay to a be a very knowledgeable and professional realtor. I called her after hours and on the weekends and she was always amenable to talk and answer questions. She made me comfortable talking to her and never made me feel like I was imposing on her. She has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to real estate. She came up with a strategy to sell the property but always let us know it was our choice. If we wanted to go a different direction, she was okay with it. When she did not know the answer to a question, she had contacts who did and would get back to us after talking to them. She made a very stressful experience in selling a house a lot more tolerable knowing she was on our side. If the situation comes up, we would certainly use her again with no reservations.

From reviewing documents with verbiage we didn't understand, to checking in if we had any questions along the way, big or small, day or night, Kay was always available. ZillowVERIFIED Kay, listed a property that we had an investment property. We didnt know how the value would play out as the sale was a rehab of a condo that needed work. Kay handled the transaction very smoothly and was on top of the transaction throughout every step of the listing. Her team picked the perfect staging company. She worked well with the buyers agent so that the lines of communication were clear. Considering that that the close of escrow was in the middle of COVID-19 and that there is a stay at home order by the govt. For us to sell the home and close was an amazing job by her team. the biggest key for her, again, was her style of communication with the buyers agent. I would use her again to list a home for sale again.
