Banks Realty Group

Hi friends.I dont usually give reviews and some are bad ones .So, it is nice to give a good review.I have known Susan Banks since 2019. She helped me find and buy land on Stillhouse Hollow lake. After several other realatores did little to nothing to help me. She found me the land that I wanted fast . She is such and nice and hard working person. She was in constant contact with updates to me. In 2023 .I contacted Susan to sell some land for me that I had no success selling on my own.She was able to find me a buyer for a good price within a month and help me close on the land right away. If you are buying or selling a house, land etc.. Susan is the person to go to in Bell county and surrounding area. She did a great job and would not hesitate to use her again.I have also personally referred her to friends .

Susan, is a delight to my heart. We met her online and she went right to work. We had to be out of our apartment quickly and she found the house we now own within 24 hours. She kept communication with us during the whole process. When she met us she was aware and kept all the current government safety protocols: mask, distancing. We texted each other, emailed, called, visited. I like to tell good news. Susan is good news. Grady

Susan helped us navigate through a tumultuous market in order to buy our forever home. There were many roadblocks that she had to navigate through from issues with late appraisals to hurdles on the sellers end. Each one was handled professionally and to our satisfaction. Her market knowledge is invaluable and we can highly recommend her for any real estate needs.

Susan was an all-star agent. We read some of her previous reviews, but we were blown away with her presentation, market analysis and how she wanted to approach the sale. She quickly engaged with the home, staging, photos, flyers, and within a week, we were in a contract, amazing!!!. I have worked in the past with other agents, and she is by far, the best agent I have ever work with. Susan is very knowledgeable of the market trends; she has done her homework. Susan remained communicated often, leaving all fears of the unknown behind. From the moment we met, Susan was always looking out for my best interest, and counseled me in each decision we had to make throughout the whole process; we never felt alone. Definitely recommend her to anyone looking at buying or selling a home. Would use her services in the future!

Susan was amazing to work with when buying my home. Being self employed and having little time to spare she worked around and with my schedule. She was super knowledgeable about all of my questions that I threw at her. Love Susan to death. Thanks
