Since beginning her real estate career in Texas in 2016, Susan Banks has served clients throughout Central Texas, from Round Rock to Lampasas, helping buyers, sellers, landowners, investors, and military families navigate a wide range of real estate transactions. Her experience includes residential homes, ranches and land, distressed properties, and relocation, with a reputation for providing honest guidance, responsive communication, and practical solutions.

As the founder of Ingress Realty, Susan is building a brokerage focused on relationships rather than transactions. The firm's mission is to provide trusted real estate advisory services that help clients build wealth, create opportunities, and make informed decisions throughout every stage of property ownership.

Beyond brokerage services, Susan brings a unique perspective through her work in business consulting, economic development, and strategic planning. She understands that every real estate decision affects a client's broader financial picture, whether purchasing a first home, expanding an investment portfolio, acquiring commercial property, or seeking professional property management.

Susan is currently pursuing a Master of Land and Property Development (MLPD) at Texas A&M University and is actively expanding her expertise in commercial real estate, development, investment analysis, and community growth. This additional education allows her to provide clients with insights that extend beyond today's transaction to tomorrow's opportunities.
