Baird & Warner

I would highly recommend Moe for your real estate needs. He helped make the sale of my old home and the purchase of my new home go very smoothly. Moe was very responsive to all of my many questions and offered excellent common sense advice. I also appreciate his knowledge of local vendors who can handle home repairs and remodeling. His knowledge of the market and the area is so beneficial to helping anyone purchase a home in this very challenging market in 2023. I enjoyed working with Moe and would definitely use his expertise again if I need to move in the future.

Moe is a godsend for the real estate industry. He answers all questions, makes himself available, is personable and not forceful. He leaves the decisions up to you and advises his experience. 11/10 on the professional scale. I wouldn't want anyone else to work with while relocating.

Working with Moe was an incredible experience. As first time home buyers, the process can be new, confusing, and/or intimidating. Moe not only guided and advised us, he also prioritized our needs and wants every step of the way. Moe is detailed, always available, and went above and beyond in everything he did. Moe showed a level of care and compassionate for us as his clients thats hard to put into words. He is one of a kind. Work with Moe.

Moe has been a wonderful realtor. Working with him has been a great experience. Not only is he knowledgeable, but he is also a very honest person. Moe always kept our interests in mind and we never felt like he was just trying to make a sale. I would highly recommend Moe.

I highly recommend working with Moe! This was our first home buying experience and we felt fully supported throughout the whole process. He made a very complicated and new process a breeze. He listened to our needs and we were all in the same page from day one. We will definitely use him again when the time comes!
