Review Moe is great at what he does and exceeded my expectations. I decided to sell my condo and am very glad I decided to work with him. Moe is up front and honest about everything from the beginning. Moe always communicated with me in a timely manner and has superb knowledge of the current housing market. Selling your home can be a stressful time, however, Moe and his team really made my life easy during this entire process. My condo was sold in three (3) days and we were able to close within the month. You always worry about any hidden costs after the fact, but that is definitely not the case with Moe. If you are looking to sell or buy a home, I would highly recommend Moe to be your guy.

Review From beginning to end, Moe was fantastic! He completely lived up to and exceeded what he told me he would do during his initial presentation! We were in need of selling my mother's home of 46 years, who had recently passed away. It was a daunting task just to get it ready to put on the market. Moe came highly recommended to us by a woman who was the contact for the sub-division home association. She had hired Moe to sell her own mother's home and was incredibly pleased with Moe's performance and overall service. The initial comparative analysis material Moe put together for our 1st meeting was incredibly thorough, very professional & beautiful. Moe took the time to educate me on the selling process, explained the difference between how buyers and sellers think, and I greatly appreciated his suggestions on what he thought we should do to improve/enhance the sell-ability of the property. I very much appreciated his honesty and pro-active approach. He is very tech savvy, and has also built a network of reliable vendor contacts for things you may need to do to your property to prepare to sell it. He went beyond the call of duty to be there at the property for me to open up for appointments, when my traveling from out of state from Wisconsin would have been a real hardship for me. Moe's communication and follow-through was awesome! I never had to worry about the details - he was always on top of things! He did a fantastic job promoting the property, the professional photography of the property was top notch, the website presence was fantastic. I loved the auto emails I received whenever someone would be viewing the property. Frequent open houses and follow up on leads was wonderful. He even went above & beyond to help provide camera security of the property when we discovered agents showing the home were irresponsibly leaving doors unlocked after a viewing. This was very important to help prevent potential vandalism because the property was vacant. He was informed & up-to-date on how properties were selling in the community, instilled confidence that we had priced the house at the right range, and had great insight on how to respond to unexpected challenges that came up with potential buyers. I felt completely confident in Moe's ability to meet every challenge we experienced, especially as a seller living out of state. My siblings and I are so thankful for all that he did to sell my mother's home. He delivered what he said he would - and even more!

He is honest and will tell you how it is. Quick to respond. No messing around negotiator, will not waste sellers, buyers, or other realtors time. Electronic docs and keep you informed. Really was a stroke of good luck as the pandemic had just hit high gear and I wasn't allowed to make a home finding trip. Not ever having been to Illinois, I was unfamiliar with the area/school districts. Thankfully, Moe is very experienced with out of town clients and would send video tours (with candid observations!) of the houses he visited. He helped guide me through the offer process and negotiate a great price on the perfect home. His team worked hard to close on the house within my moving time-frame. I had to use a POA as I was on the road from the West Coast when we closed and it went smoothly. Great communication from everyone involved! Review You would be lucky to have Moe as your realtor. He was there with us every step of the way. He showed us probably close to 30 houses before we found the home we wanted. In moving across the country we couldn't be there for many activities. He was there for the inspection and several afterward, he made sure things went smoothly, he helped us clear out some appliances we didn't want to deal with, and as we were doing all this during the pandemic, he even sanitized the house before the final walk-through.
