Baird & Warner

Beth went above and beyond to make sure a extremely complicated contract went as smooth as possible. She was always going out of her way at any time to show us a property or schedule appointments that worked for us at the last minute. We never went without communication. I especially liked that she would constantly send me properties that met our criteria without us having to search ourselves. I have recommended her to many and will continue to do so!!

The best realtor I have ever dealt with Victor Lopez, from Coldwell Banker. Very professional, knowledgeable, experienced and helpful agent. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing experience with Beth as our agent. She totally guided us through the process from beginning to end. She was extremely knowledgeable and always answered our questions. Never pushy or forcing us to make decisions. Always giving us time to decide what weWanted to do. I highly recommend Beth. She is the best.

I've known Victor for 10 years, He did a great job marketing my building for sale and for rent and when it was time to sell, he gave us a nice listing presentation with a great marketing action plan brochure explaining his marketing efforts in the sale of my building. After a number of showings, He finally got a buyer for my 12 unit building in the West side of Chicago. After negotiating back and forth with the Buyer, Victor finally got deal done. Thank you for all your help in locating a willing and able buyer for our 12 unit residential property. In addition, thanks for all the years of assisting us with locating quality tenants an we needed them for all of our units.
