ZillowVERIFIED Beth went above and beyond to make sure a extremely complicated contract went as smooth as possible. She was always going out of her way at any time to show us a property or schedule appointments that worked for us at the last minute. We never went without communication. I especially liked that she would constantly send me properties that met our criteria without us having to search ourselves. I have recommended her to many and will continue to do so!!

ZillowVERIFIED Beth was an absolute joy to work with, and we know we got the best home for us because of her help. She was very knowledgeable about the areas we were looking in, and was quick to point out things that wouldn't work for us (busy intersections, well water, lack of sidewalks, etc.) Pointing out things like this that we were missing made me feel she was making sure we got a great home for our needs, and wasn't just looking for a quick turnaround. Cheerful, helpful, and understanding, she always let us direct the tours of the homes we were looking at. I think what was most impressive was that she was the one that selected the home we have now purchased. The online pictures didn't jump out at us, so we had put the house in our "No" pile. But Beth was paying attention to what we liked and didn't like at other homes, and brought this one back to our attention. When we decided to go look at it based on her suggestion, we fell in love! It was exactly what we were looking for, and we would've passed it up if Beth wouldn't have found it again for us. She was also right along with us through contract negotiations, inspections, plumbing work, and the closing madness. We felt like we had someone on our team the whole time. We are so so appreciative of all of her help, and will be recommending her to everyone else we know who is looking to buy!

ZillowVERIFIED Beth was professional, informative and AMAZING! We were going to list a few years ago, but decided to stay. When we changed our mind, Beth was there every step of the way. And with two kids (12 and 15) and three dogs, it was not an easy process. Many balls in the air, yet Beth managed to ease our minds with grace and patience!

ZillowVERIFIED Beth handled the selling transaction for my elderly mother and made sure the family was involved every step of the way even though my mother fully comprehended the contract and business activities.Beth also offered help with dispensing of many items that could not be moved as well as assisting personally with the move.I would consider using Beth again and recommending her services.

ZillowVERIFIED Beth was great to my family and me in a time of need. My aunt passed away unexpectedly and Beth was there immediately to help us sell her house.Beth originally sold the house to my aunt a couple of years ago. She not only provided great service then, but she befriended my aunt and became someone very important to her. So when my aunt passed Beth treated us more like family than a real estate agent. She handled everything that my family and I couldnt because we all live out of state. She enlisted her vast local knowledge and array of trustworthy and professional contacts to take of everything from cleaning the house, to holding an estate sale, to even handling the bills as they came in.I can not recommend Beth Tischler enough. She made a very difficult situation so much more manageable, and in this process we all gained a friend. Youre the best Beth, thank you so much!

ZillowVERIFIED We were so happy with the service provided by Beth Tischler. Our home in Naperville sold in two days. We attribute this quick sale to the advice and actions taken by Beth. For example, she gave us solid staging suggestions and provided excellent photos which highlighted our home well. In addition, Beth was always responsive to our questions and provided helpful advice throughout the process. We would strongly recommend Beth Tischler to anyone who is selling their home. We would use her again in a heartbeat!Marty and Susan Casey

ZillowVERIFIED Beth did an outstanding job guiding us through the ups and downs of selling our Dad's 45+ year old house. She was patient with our clean out of the house and instrumental in helping us find the necessary resources for an estate sale and various home maintenance projects. Beth's pricing recommendation was spot on, evidence to how well she knows the market and the potential pool of buyers. We were very fortunate (and appreciative) that the entire process from listing to closing took less than 3 months thanks to Beth's expert advice and tireless efforts. Beth will definitely be #1 on the list of realtors for our next real estate transaction!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I found that Beth was incredibly helpful with the purchase of our first home. She made herself available at all hours of the day to answer any questions we had and did not hesitate to agree to any last minute showings or meetings. Aside from Beths professionalism she also showed us such warmth and kindness that it felt more like we had a friend in our corner with the whole process and not just an agent. We are truly grateful such a smooth experience!

ZillowVERIFIED Beth Tischler did a fantastic job helping us sell our home in Darien. She is a highly experienced real estate agent, professional, well informed, and extremely friendly. We were very impressed with the marketing Beth did to sell our home through signs, open house, and the use of social media. Thanks to the staging of the rooms, the photographer was able to take absolutely amazing photos of each room to show their best features. Our home sold quickly at the end of November and we had more than one offer!! Beth's knowledge and experience working with buyers, sellers, and their lawyers made the closing go smoothly. We highly recommend Beth to all of our friends and neighbors. I am sure you will be well pleased working with Beth Tischler. She is outstanding!!

ZillowVERIFIED Beth Tischler was absolutely AMAZING during this process!!! She was simply wonderful to work with and always open to showing us properties to find our forever home in time for our new baby to arrive. She was always very patient with us, extremely responsive from first contact to the very end, full of energy, incredibly knowledgeable, actually cared and gave great advise and pushed for the best for us unlike other agents who are quick to sell you anything, and she was always available to answer our questions at all times and made sure to make this process so easy and non stressful for us! I will most definitely refer Beth Tischler to all of my family and friends who are looking to Sell/Buy their home. Thank you Beth for helping us sell our home and move into our perfect dream home! ZillowVERIFIED We LOVE Beth! We cannot say enough positive things about our home buying experience. As first time home buyers, we were intimidated by the process and didn't know what to expect, but Beth was so knowledgeable and friendly!! She showed us over 20 homes (and countless more via emailed listings) and texted with us frequently to stay in touch. She was always open and honest and never hovered! Beth helped us to find the perfect home well within our budget. She also has a wonderful network of lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and contractors. Beth truly is the best in the field!

ZillowVERIFIED Beth was, without a doubt, the best real estate agent we have ever worked with. And with that, know that we have dealt with quite a few. She was extremely balanced in her approach with us: very professional, yet very empathetic to our situation. We were very nervous about the whole situation with selling our house, but Beth made it super easy for us, to the point where we felt that we barely did anything. She has every quality that you would want in a real estate agent: patient, quick, responsive, knew the answers to all our questions, and she sincerely had our best interest at heart. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who is selling, or looking to buy, a house. She will get you what you want in the way you want it. She's truly one of a kind!

ZillowVERIFIED Beth Tischler had creatively approached the task of selling the house even after joining the effort at the market downtime. She facilitated solving the problem and ended up renting the property instead of selling - which works for us.

ZillowVERIFIED Beth Tischler is the ultimate professional. I had complete and total confidence in her every step of the way. Beth surpassed all my expectations. She made herself available around my schedule, responded to inquiries almost instantly and kept a positive attitude through the whole process. Beth played a critical role in every aspect of the purchase. Beth's attention to detail was way beyond my expectations. She made the whole process much easier than I expected. She was a complete professional. I have worked with 4 or 5 other real estate agents in the past on other transactions - Beth did more during this one transaction than all the other agents combined. She made sure that everything was being done in my best interest. Beth sets the standard that all agents should follow. I could not have had a better experience.
