Avanti Way

My husband and I have bought and sold multiple homes with Lourdes. She is reliable, patient and works hard for her clients. Her advice has always been spot on. I would recommend Lourdes to any buyer or seller in the Brevard area.

Lourdes worked with me for more than six years to find my house in Satellite Beach. This included the Covid pandemic, crazy price and interest changes, and a very strange housing market. Through all of that, she paid close attention to what I wanted and my particular needs in a home. She helped me find financing, and kept in touch regularly, allowing me to find the right house within my means. She advocated for me, negotiated, and ensured I had the best deal. Afterward, she followed up with kind attention and celebration of my move to my new home. She also had good suggestions for persons to work on repairs or improvements. I am grateful for the staff who work with her and for her dedication to her clients.

Loss of a mother makes for an emotional time. That takes a special person to navigate emotions and real numbers. Debbie is that person! God brought us together to make this transition bearable!

Uma did an amazing job finding us a place to stay. She meet all of my criteria. As a college student it is always hard to find agencies and/or landlord that will rent to us. Having her advise me through it as well as giving me advise on how to navigate through on my own was huge help. She Gave me a lot of information on how to get ready to buy a home in the future. Uma goes above and beyond for her clients in my experience. She was easy to reach at all times I needed her, she made the process of finding and signing for the home so smoothly. Uma also is a strong negotiator! I had one house that was within my budget and after I put in the application they changed the price to where it was out of my price range. She was able to talk to the landlord back down to the original price! I will be calling Uma for any housing needs I have!

Lourdes did an outstanding job on the sale of our house. Lourdes and team sold our home quicker than homes for sale around us. We would highly recommend using Lourdes if you are thinking about selling your home and or buying your next home. Top notch realty team!
