It is very important to hire an agent that has knowledge of the process and your the area you are interested in. Many obstacles can come up during the buying process. An experienced agent most often will be able to predict and advice on things that can come up. For example in my area: I advice buyers to get a full plumbing inspection on certain homes because there has been issues or depths of different navigable water may not accommodate a boat .

There is more to selling a home than putting a sign in the yard, putting the home on MLS and marketing it on Zillow.... That is the same in any market. The power of the internet has changed the real estate market. In order for a home not to sit on the market and for the seller to get top dollar it's important to stage a home, take professional pictures and properly market the property.

I am mostly a listing agent but I have worked with many different types of clients ( buyers/sellers) such as relocation clients, seniors looking to downsize and investors. I'm an avid boater and live on the beachside so that has been my specialty. As a result most of my sales have been waterfront and beachside properties. My team have helped many buyers and sellers in different areas of southern Brevard County.

A seller who's riverfront home had been listed for a year with another agent called me to sell his home. I helped the seller prepare his home. Together with my design consultant , we staged the home by using some of the sellers belongings and some from our own inventory. We marketed the property and sold the home in 12 days close to the price that the previous agent had it listed for for 4 months.

After, 10 years in corporate sales, I decided it was time to make a change and do something I loved. In 2009, I joined John Curri who I had met in real estate school 6 years before. I struggled through the market crash to build my business and I am proud to day that I have been a multi million dollar producer and have helped hundreds of sellers and buyers since then.

In 10 years in corporate sales I attended many company provided sales training. While in the Real Estate business, I make it a commitment to continue to educate myself in the new technologies, laws and things going in on in my area
