Avalon Group Real Estate

Tyler Poeta was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout our home-buying journey! He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly responsive from the first showing all the way through closing. Tyler took the time to understand what we wanted and helped us navigate the entire process without ever making us feel pressured. He was always willing to answer our questions, explain things, and advocate for us when we needed it. Having someone we could trust and rely on made such a huge difference. We are so happy with our new home and truly appreciate all the time and effort Tyler put into helping our family get here. We would highly recommend Tyler to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. He is the kind of realtor who makes you feel like more than just a client. Thank you, Tyler, for everything!

Tyler is a literal real estate angel! Following an extremely stressful situation with a previous horrible real estate transaction involving a different agent and brokerage, Tyler stepped in and made everything better. He went above and beyond to help this seller close the deal! He is fair and honest and has integrity that the previous agent did not have. He was amazing in his communication and negotiation skills, and is a real estate professional you can trust!

Tyler was super professional and knowledgable of the St. Pete area during our condo search! My wife and I are from out of town, and he did a great job finding some places for us to tour and showing us the area on short notice. When we ended up loving one and needed to move fairly quickly, he kept everything running smoothly from the offer process to closing! Our new place has worked out great for us and wed recommend him to anyone looking nearby!
