ZillowVERIFIED This is the second time I have used Aaron and Rob for my real estate needs. I used them back in 2016 to buy my first home and had an amazing experience. In 2016 before I found Aaron and Rob, I used two other realtors who did not listen to what I wanted and were difficult to schedule showings with, etc. All those issues went away when I found Aaron and Rob. They found us our first home in 2016 and were amazing!! We would not have had that house without them! In July of 2020, when it came time to sell the home they helped us buy in 2016, I knew I would go back to them to help us again. Using them as our sellers agent was another great experience. We had a meeting with Aaron to discuss what our house was worth, the process to sell our home, etc. It was a great first meeting and we decided to list our house with them. They were great with working with our hectic schedules and were always quick to respond, always available, and so great to work with. Our house was listed and an offer accepted in less than 24 hours!!! They even were accomdating since our move was out of state and reached out to real estate agents in our new state and found us one that would be a good fit for us. It was a great selling experience. I would not use any other real estate team. They handled all of the curveball thrown at us in the selling of our house with ease. They were friendly, professional, accommodating, responsive, and overall amazing to work with. They go above and beyond and I highly recommend them for all of your real estate needs!

He was very accommodating when it came to his availability for us, and on several instances was available same-day for viewings if we requested. He was forthcoming with advice/tips/opinions, which really helped us better evaluate each home we saw. At the same time, he also has a great knack of knowing when to step back and let you walk-through the home by yourself and leave you to your thoughts. Plenty of other realtors I?ve worked with are either too involved or not involved enough; Aaron seems to have found that happy medium! Once we settled on the home we wanted, Aaron and his team expertly shepherded us through the process. My wife and I went to St. Pete?s bc a few people we knew moved there from NY, and told us how amazing it is. We thought, ok, let?s go for 3 days. We go and fall completely in love. St. Petersburg Fl is, well, amazing. We were staying at a home away and I said ?let?s look at houses?! We got lucky as Aaron and Rob happened to be Realtors! Yes! It was great! I reached out to Aaron and said, ?I know we are staying at your home away, but would it be possible to show us some homes? Long story short, Aaron and Rob had listings we sent them set up NEXT DAY! They were incredibly professional, kind and super patient bc my wife and I think a lot before doing. We ended up finding a place, but bc we had an honest inspector that was recommended by Aaron and Rob, we all found out the house had way too many issues and decided not to move forward. We got back to NY, and kept in touch with Aaron and Rob that week. Aaron checked out another house we were interested in. He called us, set up videos, etc. needless to say we now own an amazing space bc of their diligence and honesty. The most amazing thing, and this NEVER happens, is that after the purchase Aaron and Rob set us up with an ADT associate, Went to the house to get a quote on tree trimming and HVAC system. Agents don?t do things like that, but they are two in a million and we can?t thank them enough. You?d be missing out if you don?t visit ST. Pete, and when you fall in love The only two people you?ll want on your team are Aaron and Rob! We are picky, trust me. These gentlemen are the real deal.Good luck! And Enjoy St. Pete?s! ??

ZillowVERIFIED I started off with a different realtor before I met Aaron. I was having anxiety over the first house I put an offer in with the other realtor. I knew it wasnt the right house and the realtor was being a bully with me when I told him I didnt want the house any more. Before I walked away from the house and the old realtor, I reached out about another house and Aaron called me. He was a breathe of fresh air, the light in the dark tunnel, he was the calming in the storm! Do you get my drift? His voice alone made the anxiety I had go away! Once I got rid of the house and old realtor, Aaron worked to get me into seeing about 4-6 houses the same day we spoke. I didnt have to wait, a week or the weekend to go see a house. When we finally found my home, Aaron worked with me through the whole process, he was there for the inspections, walk through and the closing. He held my hand all the way until the keys were in it.
