Michelle was very helpful, in every way. She walked through the house with her phone sending me pictures as I was not able to go there. She also told me what she saw as she walked trying to show me each detail including dates on water heater & furnace. She knew about the area and helped with negotiations. After I was closed she still was there helping, by giving me names and numbers for contractors. Going above and beyond what she had to do. She is now a friend to me.

Michelle did a stellar job of marketing and ultimately selling our home. Her advice was always spot on, and she managed to find us a buyer in a challenging market.
