From bad previous experience with realtors who only cared about selling houses, I was very scared. One of my best friends recently bought a house, and invited me over for dinner. I asked her. Who is your realtor? She immediately recommended me Michelle. I gave her a try, What could I lose? The first time I met Michelle it was an instant relieve. I dont know why I could tell in her way of explaning things, she was the one! LOL. She told me, we will find a house for you. Just think of what you want, where you want it and go from there. I did that. We saw many houses. She cared about me. I have told her so many times. I always felt she was buying the house not me. I felt she was fighting for my interest all the time. Never let me down. I was about to go with a house and she saw me not very sure about it. She told me if you are not 100 sure, dont do it. This is your house. You have to fall in love with it. That is what I did. I am so happy with my home. From the moment I saw it, I knew it was mine. I believe to be able to find the home of your dreams, you have to start finding a good realtor. The problem was I had no credit history and the banks were not willing to lend to someone of my age (21). She worked tirelessly to find me a broker that would lend to someone in my position and she did. Not only did she find this amazing home at a great price, but she was smart enough to put the property under contract and have me rent the house until I could acquire funding. This worked in my favor because I ended up purchasing the home. I would highly recommend Michelle due to her work ethic as well as knowledge of real estate.
