Trisha was fantastic from start to finish! She did an amazing job from finding the perfect house for us, negotiating a great price and then selling our current house. We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy and/or sell a house!

Trisha was the best real estate agent I have ever worked with! She is extremely knowledgeable on the entire process, the local Rochester and surrounding areas, and negotiation strategies. She aggressively worked to find us the right house and effectively advised us every step of the way. Contact Trisha Mell to give yourself the best chance you can to find the right house. Thank you, Trisha!

Trisha was absolutely amazing to work with!! She helped me find the perfect condo and went out of her normal area to do so!! She encouraged me when I was discouraged about finding my perfect place. When I finally found a place she guided me through the process and answered all my questions. She referred me to an amazing mortgage company and together they helped every step of the way! Trisha was always available and very quick to respond. If I had a question she was unsure of she would go out of her way to find out and in a timely manner. Trisha has the patience, understanding, positive attitude, and knowledge that anyone looking for or selling their home needs in a realtor!! Thank you Trisha for your hard work, you are amazing!!

Trisha is amazing, she works overtime to ensure her clients receive the most supportive and professional care. She helped secure the home we found and set the appointments needed for home inspections and the VA assessment for a quick home closure. She is very knowledgeable about the area and about the many other professional people/businesses she recommends for new home buyers. She has gone over and beyond with her kindness and dedication and continues to keep in touch, just in case there are issues with the house. She far exceeds any other realtor we have ever worked with, and being retired military, we should add this was our 19th move. Really appreciate her and all she did to hopefully make this our forever home.

We had an excellent experience working with Trisha to purchase our new home in Rochester, MI. She is very responsive, very knowledgeable, and she was on point when it mattered most to help us craft the winning offer in a highly competitive market. It's not easy buying a house these days and she was very patient and easy to work with throughout our entire search process.
