About Trisha Mell

Running 17 marathons, including Chicago, New York, Berlin and Boston, I understand what it means to be dedicated, develop stamina, and work hard to achieve goals. I practice these same principles in my career. With 13+ years of experience in the real estate industry, and over $64 million in sales volume, I have demonstrated my knowledge and drive to help my clients realize their real estate goals and dreams. I actively listen to determine what their needs are, accommodate their schedule, and keep in constant communication throughout the buying and selling process. I recognize everyone has numerous obligations and commitments, be it work, school, or family. The process of selling and/or buying real estate should not disrupt your life. I work diligently and effectively to deliver a stress free experience with the best results. I grew up in Midland, Michigan and earned a B.A. from Michigan State University. After graduating, I moved to Rochester where I worked for a prominent advertising firm as an account director on both automotive and retail accounts. In 2013 I launched my real estate career, something I always had a passion for. I currently live in Oakland Twp. with my family. I have children attending Rochester Community Schools and the proud mom of Boston University, Eastern Illinois University, and U of M students! In my spare time I volunteer with Michigan Animal Rescue League and enjoy running, golfing, and snowboarding.

Trisha is amazing, she works overtime to ensure her clients receive the most supportive and professional care. She helped secure the home we found and set the appointments needed for home inspections and the VA assessment for a quick home closure. She is very knowledgeable about the area and about the many other professional people/businesses she recommends for new home buyers. She has gone over and beyond with her kindness and dedication and continues to keep in touch, just in case there are issues with the house. She far exceeds any other realtor we have ever worked with, and being retired military, we should add this was our 19th move. Really appreciate her and all she did to hopefully make this our forever home.

Trisha knows the luxury market and did an exceptional job selling our family home in Oakland Township. There is a limited pool of buyers for custom homes at the highest price points. Our time with Trisha Mell started a year before we actually put our house up for sale. We called Trisha because we wanted to look at houses smaller than ours, which we lived in a 2,400 sq ft Colonial and thought now is the time to downsize but ended renovating and ended up staying in our for another year. We finally made the decision it was time to leave the home that we lived in for 22 years. We got a hold of Trisha Mell and of course we knew we wouldnt be there to much longer as we knew how hard she worked for us. The first weekend after putting it up we had an open house and a a few weeks later who new we would be moving out of the house that we raised our children in. Trisha is an amazing an hard working woman. She went over and beyond to sell our home for us. Whenever needed she would get with you in a split second. Trisha did an exceptional job in selling our home and finding me a new condo. Great advice as far as market conditions for the various locations where we looked at condos and she was spot on.
