Kris Weaver Real Estate will never be recommended by us. The listing agent that wrote up our listing made it look like a second grader wrote it. The information was very inaccurate and it took three weeks to get corrected. By this time my home was a the bottom of the list. They never offered an open house either. The listing agent was rude and unprofessional in many ways. He made statements like the York County school system education was lowered due to the neighborhood kids that come from an area called Lackey. He never followed up with us like he said he would on a regular basis. And since they came out of the gate wrong our home only had one showing and Kris Weaver Real Estate team never once showed the house. This was not our first home we have sold and we know it should have never went like this. NEVER EVER USE KRIS WEAVER REALTY TEAM they try to under value your home for a quick sale so they never have to do much work, plus they make a lot of promises they never keep!
