ZillowVERIFIEDExcellent service by Andrew and Katie - made great suggestions upon listing my property and followed up on all prospects + helped me manage things as I was absentee from the area. Recommended !
ZillowVERIFIEDAndrew was both helpful and a great negotiator. He spends an enormous amount of time to make sure that selling the property is at the right, agressive price. He, also, works to make sure that a sellers intent is understood and supported throughout the entire process. If you want to have a realtor that advocates for you as a seller and will guarantee you best return on property, Andrew is the person to have as your representative!
ZillowVERIFIEDMy home was in VA and I live in California. Andrew and his team were amazing in helping me sell the home without me being there. I could not have asked for a better experience.
ZillowVERIFIEDAndrew and his team were able to get the job done. We had used another firm earlier and had not been able to find a successful buyer. We were unsuccessful for several months. Andrew took the time and identified a better strategy. We had several views and visits resulting in an offer in less than 40 days. I would recommend.
ZillowVERIFIEDI was very happy with Mr. Christies help in the process of selling my home. He was honest however I did not feel that he was trying to cut the price down so that he could get rid of my property quickly while getting his cut. I would definitely use him again.
ZillowVERIFIEDVery difficult situation where values were dropping and the house needed help and repair. Andrew and his assistant Katie did everything they could to sell, reach out to their contacts to fix, repair, stage and complete the contract to sell that they could. Clearly going the extra step beyond what was required to what was needed. Thank you-Ben
ZillowVERIFIEDAndrew and his team was excellent during the sale of my home. They have answers to all of my questions and clear any doubt that I have in my mind. The process was very smooth, as we had an offer the day after the house went on the market and closed on the house within a month. I would definitely recommend his service if you are buying or selling a house in the region.
ZillowVERIFIEDAndrew Christie is the one you want to sell your home! We worked with Andrew while being stationed overseas, and the process was absolutely seamless due to his professionalism and expertise in the field. We had never sold a home before, and Andrew walked us through every step with ease. He always responded to our questions in a timely manner and no question was left unanswered. Andrew knows exactly what he is doing in his field, and it is clear because he gets the job done in a very timely manner. We couldnt be more pleased!
ZillowVERIFIEDAndrew was an absolute pleasure to work with. When I first started looking for a house I had very strict and difficult criteria s. With his vast knowledge of how the system works and local familiarity, we were able to find the exact house I was looking for by bypassing houses that weren t even possible for me to purchase due to using a VA loan. He was always there to answer questions any day and any time. He kept working for me moving my contract along while I was away on vacation to avoid delaying closing. All these are expected of a professional realtor, but what I did not expect was for him to make a personal sacrifice to make an impossible sale happen. Thanks to Andrew and the team at Kris Weaver Realty I m now happily living in my dream home.
ZillowVERIFIEDBecause we were from out of the state, and limited in time it was imperative that we found a house in a very short span of time.Andrew worked very hard to find us the exact house we were looking for, then followed up with a home inspector, and was able to put together the sale after we left the state. It was the smoothest home purchase I have ever done, because of Andrews hard work.
ZillowVERIFIEDAndrew was such a big help finding us the perfect house for us in Chesapeake. We are moving down from NY and only had a short period of time to look over the Thanksgiving Holidays. He showed us many houses before we finally found one that met our special needs (large lot and garage space). We closed right after Christmas and cant wait to move into our home. Andrew was always available to answer our many questions and responded quickly to phone calls and e-mails. Will definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a home in the Hampton Roads area.
