After living in the same house for almost 30 years, we decided it was time to list our home and move out of state. A referral service provided us with two realtors to assist with the listing. Melanie was the first one we contacted, and quite literally, we were blown away. Her warm, personal approach, not to mention her hilarious videos, put us at ease right from the start. We were first time home buyers lost in the sauce and Melanie treated us with so much respect and answered all of our rookie questions. She ended up showing us 8 different houses spread across 70 miles and 2 different states! She was honest about each house we went to and wasnt just trying to get a quick sale, pointing out things she liked and didnt and she wasnt being shady and trying to convince us we would like something we didnt. We felt absolutely no pressure from her which was amazing. During the home inspection she had another appointment so she sent a representative from her office and as we were finishing up and literally walking out Melanie still showed up to make sure everything went fine. It was well out of her way and was only there for about 5 minutes since we were done, but she took the time to still come by. To me that shows true dedication to her clients and not just someone whos trying to make a sale. We also had an issue with our home loan and thought we had to back out of an offer, but she referred us to a broker and like magic were able to get the monthly payment we wanted for a dream house! If youre looking for an extremely experienced, kind and knowledgeable realtor you absolutely need to go with Melaine!
