Atlantic Sotheby's International Realty

Michele Salyer is a fantastic realtor and broker. She had our home sold just 18 days after listing. She listed our home using showcase which is an amazing way to get your home seen in this market. She was always just a phone call away and ready to answer any questions that we had through the process of selling our home. It was truly a painless process when it came to selling our home. She listened to everything we wanted and went above and beyond to get it done. Although our time working together was quick, I couldnt be happier with our choice having Michele as our realtor.

Michele was hands down the best realtor I've worked with. She knew it was my son and his best friend's first home purchase and did everything in her power to make sure they got a sturdy, safe, wonderful first home. Michele had knowledge of every aspect of the home buying process from financing, to inspections, to how to get an offer accepted when it was one of 6 within 12 hours of property listing. We will use Michele for all of our VA and NC real estate needs!

Michele Salyer made the process of purchasing my new home such a great experience. She was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and always available to answer my questions. Michele truly cared about helping me find the right home and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. I always felt supported and informed throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Michele Salyer and the Salyer Wilmoth Homes team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

"Michele Salyer is the best! From start to finish, my husband and I were completely satisfied with the process of buying our home. She definitely has the knowledge and expertise for this field and I am recommending her to anyone I know that might be buying a home in the future. Because of her expertise and professionalism, we were able to get through this process smoothly and on time to move out of our apartment when the lease was up. 5 stars all around! Eternally grateful for her"

Shout-out to Michele Salyer! She helped us find our dream home, and guided us smartly through each step of the process to an ultra-smooth closing. We love the house, and we loved working with Michele. Highly recommend!!
