Salma was incredibly responsive (basically 24/7), went the extra mile to help put us in our first home and most importantly, always felt like she was on our side while looking at homes (getting there early to review the little things eg. if faucets worked, there were any red flags or pointing out things we didnt notice, and was always thinking about what was right for us). We got accepted and had to back out after an inspection revealed issues and she never stopped being on our side.

Salma was very helpful and knowledgeable through the buying process with arranging several showings and explaining next steps. She navigated areas where we could ask for a lower price and informed us of ways to get our offer accepted.
