Then Salma is the realtor for you. I've been able to work with her twice - once to find my apartment in 2019 and again to buy my (first!!) home in Jan-March 2023. In 2019, I knew that she was going to be my realtor (for a future home purchase) when she was unbelievably great in helping me find an apartment. This was probably small potatoes for her, but she took the care and time as if I were a high-end real estate buyer. That really impressed me and I knew I wanted her on my team when I was ready to buy a home.
