I inherited a mobile home and Katherine agreed to list it for me. At first she was very pleasant and professional and she felt confident that it would sell quickly, however, when prospective buyer was found, she also represented them and I felt like I was brushed off and she was working more for the buyer. Closing was a bit of a nightmare due to misinformation as to who was responsible for paying/re-imbursing previous costs I had paid(lot rent, mobile home taxes) and it took weeks to figure out. Also Katherine and/or others working for her were very difficult to get a hold of via phone or email. Overall I'm glad the home was sold but I would not use Aspire Realty again.
