We loved working with Steven! He is a kind and patient person and agent who has great knowledge in this area. He was great at communicating, whether by email or text, and was always very quick in responding. He is an expert in analyzing houses - from their foundation, structure, "bones" to the tubing/wiring, and overall reliability of a house. He guided us through each step of the process and was very patient with all our questions along the way. He never rushed us when looking at a house and always had an answer or could find an answer quickly. He knew how to navigate the process smoothly and how to communicate with the different entities - inspection, appraisal, sellers, other agents, etc. We really appreciated his wisdom and expertise in just about everything house-related. He is a professional and one can tell that this is important work for him that his clients are important to him as well. We would highly recommend working with Steven if you're looking for a house - east or west side and beyond of Cleveland!

All of the positive reviews made me hopeful but he waited a month to send me the MLS. He didnt send me a single home until midnight the other night when we were going to go look at houses at 9:30 AM. Ive been asking him to send me homes for weeks. He refused to negotiate. He seemed to favor investors over an owner occupant. He knows a lot about Cleveland but his focus was elsewhere and it put me in a precarious position. I need to move here in two weeks and I dont have a house. There were several instances where he said he wasnt able to get information from a selling agent, but then Id text them myself and they got right back to me and answered my questions. Certain realtors wont talk to him at all from what he shared with me. A couple of times he refused to write up offers, and the other offers fell through. He said that somebody would really want to make a house into an Airbnb and he got really excited and refused to put an offer in for me. He also refused to give my buyer letters with my offers. He said it was discrimination, even though all it said was that I'm an owner occupant. Ive been driving in from several hours away. I thought based on his reviews that this would go differently. I was about to fire him and thankfully he bowed out first. I dont recommend him.

Words can't express how much value Steven brings to the table. He is extremely knowledgeable and his construction background/experience was vital in pointing out potential red flags when viewing homes. His responsiveness made my wife and I feel like we were his number one priority. His professionalism and friendliness put our minds at ease. Thank you Steven for making our home buying process so enjoyable. Anyone reading this: Do yourself a favor and go with Steven, you will not regret it.

Steven is an absolute gem, I'm very thankful Zillow randomly matched us up. He was perfect for my first time home buying experience! He never made me feel pressured, he was patient, quite timely, very knowledgeable, and a genuinely nice person. It felt like a more individualized approach with him compared to some realators I met on my own at some random openhouses. We explored maybe a dozen houses before coming across the one, and he was happy to revisit it with me when I wanted some additional family to see it. We thought we'd have a very quick close but the house ended up having to go through probate so he kept me updated throughout that whole process after checking in with all sorts of people involved. He even helped set up a rental agreement while waiting to close. My home buying experience wasn't as straightforward as some others but Steven made it easy for me. I'd highly recommend him for anyone in the Cleveland area.

I reached out to Steven the other day regarding a property he had listed. He read my message and never responded. Today, I noticed the property was under contract. When I reached out again to express that it was unprofessional to leave me on seen without informing me that the property was no longer available, he still didnt provide any clarification. Now I know not to reach out to him anymore for properties I'm interested in investing in. Communication is key in real estate, and this experience was disappointing.
