Ashton Realty Group

Stacy was amazing! She was very responsive. Always advocated for wha we needed and was available around the clock. I would highly recommend her services.

Let me tell you the story of how Stacy helped me buy my first home. I woke up early one morning, about 6 am, and got on Zillow to search for homes. I found the one I wanted and sent a message through this site. She called me around 9 am and asked if I wanted to see the property. We made an appointment and she gave me the number of the gentleman that would get me pre approved. At 11 am we met and I decided to buy the condo. We had until 4 pm that day to make an offer. She came up with a deal that won me the bid. I found my condo on December 5th, and by December 30th the deal closed. The team that she works with moves fast. I spent New Years Eve in my new home. I can not recommend Stacy enough. Thank you Stacy!

We had a wonderful experience working with Stacy as our selling real estate agent. From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping us achieve the best possible outcome. Stacy made the selling process feel smooth and manageable. She kept us informed every step of the way, offered excellent guidance, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled efficiently. We always felt that our best interests were her priority. Were incredibly grateful for all of Stacys hard work and dedication. If youre looking for a trustworthy, hardworking, and caring real estate agent, we highly recommend Stacy!

Its wonderful working w Stacy as a first-time home buyer! We got the deal within budget and hand things over quickly. Given its an old condo that needs TLC, Stacy also helped providing contact with relevant contractors and suggestions. Her knowledge and skills made the whole condo buying process a lot more manageable and less stressful.

Stacy did a superb job for us as our buyer's rep. She knows the market really well. And she was patient with us. She had our backs. And she helped normalize steps along the way to help with our anxiety. Buying a house is a big deal and Stacy really helped us make it happen. We love our new home. I would recommend Stacy to other buyers! For sure.
