As a first-time homebuyer, I came to Val with an ambitious goal: find and close on a condo within two months to avoid renewing my lease. We recently worked with Valerie to sell our home and had a very positive experience on so many levels. We connected with her months before we listed and she worked tirelessly with us on timing that worked for our family -- we never felt any pressure to actually sell, despite Val spending a lot of time compiling data for our sale, photographing our space, and giving us advice.
