Halie is awesome. I have worked with some really good realtors in the past, but she has acceded my expectations. I asked her to find me a property that she would recommend to her family, and yes, she found it. She has gone way above and that is why she gets the 5 stars in all categories. She found the townhome, video taped it for me and sent it to me, before I saw the property. I was treated as part of the family. Moving from another state can be filled with many unknowns, but she guided me all the way. So whether you live in Iowa or from another state, she is the one that I would most highly recommend.
