Halie Trappe

Hi, I'm Halie Trappe, originally from North Iowa but I have called Ankeny home in 2019.

I began my real estate career in 2021, bringing with me a bachelors degree in Business Management that directly shapes how I serve my clients. My background in strategic planning, client relations, and team development allows me to approach each transaction with clarity, structure, and intention. I pride myself on clear communication, strong follow-through, and a commitment to continually learning so I can serve my clients at the highest level.

Having moved more than a dozen times myself, I know how important it is to feel grounded, and that's why I care so deeply about not just helping people buy or sell a house, but helping them plant their roots. That's why I focus on more than just the transaction, I help my clients find a place where they can truly settle in and build their life. To me, a home should support your day to day, your routines, and where you're headed next.

Your goals are personal, and your next move should be too. I'm here to guide you every step of the way as you transition from where you've been to where you're meant to go next.

Real estate is something I view as a lifestyle, not just a career, but I also believe in balance. Outside of my day-to-day work, I spend my time reading, mountain biking, enjoying the outdoors, and being with my family, including my pets.
