Id advise anyone not to rent 1028 universal rest pl, Juliana rented this to us and was very fake friendly in the beginning and that wore off once the papers were signed. There were so many inconsistencies within the townhome that werent communicated, The back patio floods when it rains and water WILL come up to the back door. The top deck was unstable, dishwasher want connected upon rented and had to be connected b it yet still didnt work. The skylights were aEURoetintedaEUR? A LONG time ago and the tint was peeling along with the fact the skylights werent sealed properly letting in a huge amount of heat and direct sunlight. Also upon raining the kitchen skylight leaked, The AC system could not keep up with the heat. Wouldnt get below 78 degrees and made our electric bill $500+ the first month we moved in. Upstairs secondary bathroom faucet the hot water side when turned on wouldnt pour out water, the neighborhood is very ghetto and unsafe. They have a register pedophile living in the community and another gentleman who also sexually assaulted my wife, Cops were there every other day. Cars in and out, people renting their units to Air BnB, The community is not unkept, its worn out, dirty, and you can clearly tell the HOA doesnt care. We were given a remote for the gate and its open 247 never closes so its not secure nor does it work. I wouldnt recommend her or the company. Clearly a lot was left out and thats why it had been on the market for 7+ months before we rented it then vacated two months later. We should have saw all the red flags before moving in from states away because it was a huge regret renting the property and from juliana.
