ZillowVERIFIEDVery helpful in helping us find the place that we love. Importantly, she pointed out thing we needed to consider that we would not have thought about on our own. We ended up with a great condo at a great price.

ZillowVERIFIED She is the absolute best! I could not see myself going through this process with anyone else. She was on top of everything that had to do with the new build and made sure any and all concerns were addressed with the builders. She took the time to explain the home buying process and detailed each step with estimated timelines which made the process less stressful and with little to no surprises since she made sure we were prepared for everything.

ZillowVERIFIED Once in a long while, you meet someone who changes the direction of your life in a profoundly positive way. If youre really lucky, that person comes along when youre facing a really big decision. Adrianas experience, foresight, diligence, willingness to take the extra step, and especially patience was a godsend. We are so grateful for all she did for our family. I cant recommend her highly enough to anyone considering a real estate purchase in the central or south Florida areas. Thank you again, Adriana!

ZillowVERIFIED She's very hard working. We were only there for a couple of days and managed to show us a lot of properties and gave us a lot of information. She's honest, kind, patient and very accommodating. We are very satisfied with her service including my daughter and my best friend who also bought their investment properties from her. I highly recommend her to everyone who is looking to buy a property.

ZillowVERIFIED Very nice man and very well educated. I would suggest to call him if you are in the market to purchase a home. He will do anything to keep you on track. He helped negotiate the price down after the appraiser came back with 25k dollars less than the listing price. He is a fighter and never gives up.

Purchasing a house from out of state can be stressful but it was a breeze with her help. From viewing the property remotely, answering questions regarding the HOA, and property management questions, Adriana was always there. Highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED WOW! That is the word that describe my experience with Adriana Oyarce! Starting since the first phone call the experience was amazing. I was living in miami and she arranged everything for me to just in one day to see as many properties as possible. That day I end my day with an approved contract. Adriana is an expert in follow up, I'm a very difficult customer because I had bad experience before and I like fast responses, well I never had to ask. Adriana, was always one step ahead my questions with the perfect explanation and caring about me as her client at all times. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I closed in 30 days without any big issues because of her. Also she helped me to rent a property in miami. Her and all the team that work with her are simply UNBELIEVABLE AMAZING! I definitely recommend Adriana Oyarce! She will be my Realtor for ever!

ZillowVERIFIED Adriana was the BEST! From the beginning we sat down with her explained what we are looking for . She was very professional. She explained the process and we gave her an outline to where we were looking. She sent us listing and for every house we wanted to see, we seen. We put all our trust in her and she exceeded in everything. She responded to every call, question and concerns. I have heard horror stories of buying homes. This was the easiest process it was unbelievable how smoothe it went. She is a part of our family now. And I will reccomend her to anyone that Is in my circle or looking for a house. to have her as a REAL ESTATE AGENT! We Love you Adriana. You get infinitely stars. Thank you!

ZillowVERIFIED Adriana Oyarce went above and beyond. Even though my income helped me get a 200k loan in Miami she made sure the neighborhood wasnt bad with crime rate. Now Ive been here here in my home for almost 3 years and its been wonderful.
