Woody is the best! We sold San Diego Housing Commission-affordable house. This is very different selling process and needs lots of communication between SDHC and buyers. Woody is best to communicate SDHC and everything was perfect from identification of qualified buyers to closing escrow. There were unexpected issues during the escrow, like tons of repair and doc signings, but we went throughout all of them and he always helped us to resolve those.
