Allison James Estates & Homes

Christi was the best realtor I?ve ever worked with. She had my home sold in what seemed like less than a week. She showed up prepared with potential numbers, and was knowledgeable in the current market. Very nice, honest, and is obviously an extremely hard worker. She is a very successful realtor for a reason. You won?t find a better one out there! Thank you Christi!

Christi handled a very challenging real estate search and transaction with a high degree of professionalism and integrity. She went over and beyond to make the deal happen. This included managing the expectations of both parties and finding creative ways to reconcile buyer needs with the Sellers position on price and required repairs. We highly recommend Christi for all your real estate needs.

I had an outstanding experience working with Christi to sell a home in Reno. She is sharp, professional, patient, ethical, and is an expert on the Reno housing market. Christi was especially helpful in arranging the work required to the house to make it truly "move in ready." We leveraged her deep network in Reno to bring in crews that did the work quickly, with high quality, and at fair prices. And ultimately I'm thankful that Christi connected us with buyers that were easy to work with. We arrived at a fair sale price allowing everyone involved to feel good about the transaction. I can't imagine having a better experience with a selling agent and I give her my strongest possible recommendation.

Christi was an exemplary real estate agent from start to finish. Her communication was outstandingaEUR"she kept us informed every step of the way and was always quick to respond to any questions. Her attention to detail truly set her apart and gave us confidence throughout the entire process. Thanks to her expertise and strategy, our home sold the first week with 3 full price offers. We couldnt have asked for a better experience and highly recommend Christi to anyone looking to buy or sell a Home.

Christi was so amazing during our process of needing to get our home up and ready to put on the market. We found her through Clever and just browsing through something told us, Thats the one! She has worked very hard, diligently, and beyond so very patient with us. She is soo very sweet, and kind. She was always keeping us up to date with info on all real estate matters; also giving us wonderful advice as 1st time sellers on the looks of the home, and what to look for as a buyer wanting to purchase a home. Words cant describe enough to Christi how much we really appreciate everything she has done for us during our difficult times we had going on. We were able to sell in a matter of a few months; and be able to move forward with our lives and the losses we have endured over the last year. We extremely appreciate Christi and highly recommend her to anyone out there who is seeking the best advice on wanting to buy or sell a home. If we had more stars then 5, Christi would get them all in our opinion. This is our 1st time needing a realtor, and we are so blessed with the outcome of how everything worked out for us all (Including the buyers who bought from us). God Bless You Christi & Thank You Again!!!
