Review My brother is a realtor from out of state and he interviewed several highly recommended agents over the phone for the sale of our elderly dads home in Nevada before my husband and I personally met with and interviewed them all. We quickly decided Christi was a perfect fit. Christi is very personable and dynamic. She was extremely prepared in every aspect to include the staging, aerial drone footage, advertisement and public showings and ultimately the sale of the home. She provided us comp documentation that we were able to take to dad to look over which made him part of the process even though he was unable to physically be involved. Review I would highly recommend Christi. I was an out of town buyer and she worked tirelessly to conduct multiple video walk through opportunities, some times two in one day. She provided listings that fit my criteria so we didnt waste time looking at listings that would not work. After the offer was accepted Christi went to work coordinating my work with bank and title company. She continued to provide contacts for inspections and then attended the inspections for me. Review I had been selling real estate in California for 5 years so when I wanted to purchase a home in the Reno/Sparks area, I was very specific about what I was looking for in a Realtor. Christi came highly recommended and we are now in the process of wrapping up our home purchase and I simply cant say enough about how wonderful it has been to work with her. We had a bit of a tough schedule to work around on our initial visit to Reno and Christi worked with us and set aside time to show us some properties. She was super prepared and had some great properties to show us that fit really well with what we were looking for. We looked at properties on Friday, ended up putting in an offer on Saturday and by Sunday evening we had an executed contract and were ready to open escrow on Monday! Christi made the process so smooth and easy- representing our interests every step of the way and making it possible for us to wrap things up in less than 30 days even though we were out of town most of the time!
