Allie Yates | The Agency

Allie was an absolute blessing during our move this summer! She knew the Denver suburb we were interested in well, and was able to give quick and helpful answers to our constant questions. Allie truly listened to our priorities for both our house and location goals, made sure to address any concerns about a particular listing up front, and never pressured a listing that we didn't love for any reason. Buying a house in the summer meant a tough and fast market; Allie was both ready to move as fast as needed or stay patient while we weighed our options as buyers; when we needed to move quickly, she was extremely responsive. She was an incredible advocate for us, even after closing when actions from the sellers were incomplete or incorrect and worked hard and fast to rectify and fulfill our agreement exactly as we expected. We needed a house that would support our family now as well as allow growth with resources for decades, and Allie helped us find such a home. Allie was a tremendous asset for us as an agent and we will absolutely recommend her to our family and friends as a buyer's or seller's agent! Thank you Allie!!

Allie was our agent for selling our rental house. She was very patient and professional. She worked through several significant issues and negotiated a very good contract for the sale. She is not only professional and knowledgeable, but very friendly and personable.

Allie is great to work with!! Her knowledge of real estate and help with pricing is amazing. One of the things she can help with is staging your house and things to make it more marketable. She makes a super stressful time, a little easier. To maximize the value of your house, call Allie!!

Allie is professional, knowledgeable and a great person to be around. She helped my husband and I make a good discussion on purchasing our land. I would recommend Allie to perform any of your real estate services.

Allie was an excellent realtor! As first time homebuyers, she helped us identify and refine our priorities by showing us a variety of properties. She helped us negotiate a competitive offer under asking, and ensured we had the time and inspections necessary to make a considered choice. Would highly recommend her services!
