ZillowVERIFIED When my wife and I had the opportunity to move from Denver to Oklahoma City, the relocation company sent us two outstanding realtors to interview. We chose Allie because she impressed us with her clear professionalism, her knowledge of the market and her sense of what it would take to sell the house and maximize our value. Through the entire process of moving out, painting and cleaning we were grateful for Allies calm advice. We mutually agreed on an asking price that was slightly over comparable homes in our area, but not too high. Four days after listing we had seven offers. Allie compiled the information and guided us through which ones were the best. We accepted one offer for well over our asking price. Allie continued to manage the process through the inspection and closing period, keeping things on track and working through difficulties with the title company. At the end of the process, we had succeeded is maximizing our value, far beyond our expectations. ZillowVERIFIED Allie is incredible! Even though we were 2000 miles away, she made the entire process from readying the house to listing to negotiation painless. To ready the house, she arranged cleanings, carpet install, handyman repairs and staging. Her photographer is top notch. Our listing was always in the top 3 or 4 on the site. During the time it was on the market we had some questions and she always called back or emailed within a few hours at the most. She also was expert at pricing the house and putting together our counter offer which was accepted by the buyers. She is a godsend!

She has taken extra time with me explaining the various ins and outs of the sale and has taken extra time to help me make my former home more presentable for buyers. I have heard that she has even taken out garbage and arranged for cleaning of homes that she listed where the owners moved out of town prior to their own former home selling. That seems to me to really be going the extra mile to help her buyers and sellers.

I flew out for a week and she managed to spend at least a few hours each day I was out here looking at homes eventhough I contacted her the Thursday before I flew in 2 days later. After 12 offers well above list price, we finally found a home with the 13th offer. Then the seller/flipper/realtor for the home was one of the biggest nightmares to work with. Allie took it in stride and made tge process seamless for us eventhough she was put through hell from the seller. She genuinely cares for her clients and is hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with!
