Allen Tate Realtors

Phil listed my home for sale several years ago. The process was efficient and painless, and I was able to make a considerable profit. Aside from his professionalism and VAST knowledge of every aspect of real estate, Phil is a great guy! He is who I will call again & again for my real estate needs!!!

Phil did a fantastic job for us. Very knowledgeable about the are, stayed on top of things and communication was excellent. He worked hard to sell our house and was always looking at the outside of the box to get more traffic. We really appreciated him!

Phil has assisted in more than one real estate transaction for me and been superb every time. He is very honest, personable, and professional. You will not find another agent more knowledgeable and responsive than Phil.

My husband I loved working with Phil. He was very knowledgeable about the area we were interested in and was quick to share insights on the area and the homes we looked at buying. He is very personable and easy to work with. He has been a great asset to us even after the sale - answering any questions as we got used to our new community. Highly recommend Phil as your real estate agent!

We have known and worked with Phil a few times now, most recently in the selling of our home. He made the whole process of staging, showing and selling our home a breeze. He was incredibly calm when things felt chaotic, helped us navigate the process of selecting an offer when we received multiple and advised us through the closing process. Hes professional, yet friendly, and so incredibly knowledgeable! Highly recommend using his skill and services for your next sell or purchase!
