Kristi is an incredibly hardworking, knowledgeable, and responsive Realtor. My husband and I used her as our listing agent this year and it was the best choice we made. We've moved and bought several houses over the past few years and we know that picking the right Realtor makes a big difference. We didn't have the best experience when we moved to the area, so we were looked for a new Realtor when it came time to list our house. Kristi was through on our walk through before listing our house and provided us with information so we could choose a listing price we were comfortable with. She hired an excellent professional photographer for the photographs of the interior and exterior of the house. The listing description was great and we had several showings and offers within the first week despite COVID being new. She was also vigilant in making sure protocols were followed with other Realtors and their clients as they viewed our house as well.Once we accepted an offer Kristi was on top of deadlines for us. The other agent was incredibly difficult to work with and multiple times Kristi did everything possible so that the deal could continue on so we could close on time and also close on time with our home which we were buying at our new location. Kristi was a fantastic agent to work with. She has her client's best interest as her priority. If you are looking for an agent who is quick to respond to your questions, knows the area well, will negotiate with your interest in mind, is honest, and is one of best in her field hire Kristi as your Realtor.
