ReviewKristi is the best realtor I've ever worked with. This was the second time she helped me find a home and I can confidently say she always goes above and beyond to ensure that the buying process is smooth. Kristi was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to finding the perfect home for us. She understood our preferences and guided us through the process with both email and text updates. We definitely found the perfect home for us, and we couldn't be happier. Thank you for the hard work and patience! Absolutely recommend!

Review Kristi is a amazing person to work with! Easy to talk to and very receptive to input. Provided us with realistic expectations throughout the process and was very understanding to our specific situation. She provided as many options as possible and a couple wild cards to better understand our wants and needs. She was very patient with us and never pressured us into anything.

Review Kristi is an experienced realtor with the skills and talents suitable to homebuyers wherever we might be in this convoluted journey. She quickly assessed my needs, budget, lifestyle, likes and dislikes without wasting my time. In an extremely competitive market, she studied possibilities and showed me only those houses suitable to my situation. Thanks to her, I am now in my dream home. I can not thank her enough.

Review Kristi is AMAZING! She went above and beyond for us! We were relocating from the Seattle area to the Austin area and couldnt be in Texas for most of our house searching time. She did virtual tour after virtual tour! It took us MONTHS to find the right house and she stuck with us! She is very knowledgeable about the areas north of Austin and such a joy to work with! Everything has gone so smoothly, thanks to her efforts!

Review Kristi was amazing!!! We were selling our house of 22 years to move to Japan. We started working with her several months before we actually put it on the market. She was such a blessing to guide us on what to do. Then my husband left Before much of the process started. I would have not survived without her guidance getting the house sold. She was so gracious with all of the many, many texts and questions that I sent!!! I felt like not only did I gain a realtor but I gained a friend as well. Our homes sold quickly and she was there with me at closing and it all went so smooth! She is efficient, knowledgeable, and such a kind and sweet person! I highly recommend using Kristi as your realtor!

Review Mrs. Harvey has helped us sell two properties and got us an offer within one week on both occasions. We are incredibly grateful to have trusted her with selling both of our homes because she provided us with the most professional and friendly service. She is extremely knowledgable about the market and the buying/selling process as she provided us with valuable advice that helped us prepare for our sale. Mrs. Harvey goes above and beyond to ensure everything is taken care of on a timely manner as she meticulously prepares and executes the sale of a home. As a veteran, I recommend her to military families looking to buy or sell a home in the area since she has an abundance of knowledge about the community and the VA process.

Review Kristi is an incredibly hardworking, knowledgeable, and responsive Realtor. My husband and I used her as our listing agent this year and it was the best choice we made. We've moved and bought several houses over the past few years and we know that picking the right Realtor makes a big difference. We didn't have the best experience when we moved to the area, so we were looked for a new Realtor when it came time to list our house. Kristi was through on our walk through before listing our house and provided us with information so we could choose a listing price we were comfortable with. She hired an excellent professional photographer for the photographs of the interior and exterior of the house. The listing description was great and we had several showings and offers within the first week despite COVID being new. She was also vigilant in making sure protocols were followed with other Realtors and their clients as they viewed our house as well.Once we accepted an offer Kristi was on top of deadlines for us. The other agent was incredibly difficult to work with and multiple times Kristi did everything possible so that the deal could continue on so we could close on time and also close on time with our home which we were buying at our new location. Kristi was a fantastic agent to work with. She has her client's best interest as her priority. If you are looking for an agent who is quick to respond to your questions, knows the area well, will negotiate with your interest in mind, is honest, and is one of best in her field hire Kristi as your Realtor.

Review We have bought and sold many homes over the years, and Kristi ranks as one of the very best agents we have worked with. She is the consummate professional. Selling a house during a pandemic came with a lot of unique circumstances, but Kristi handled every step of the process perfectly, staying in constant contact and ensuring our experience was as smooth as possible. Her communication skills are excellent, and she was exceptionally responsive to any questions and concerns we had along the way.

Review Kristy Harvey is a highly talented real estate professional who genuinely cares about people and their families! In my 20 year military career, I have never worked with someone who contributed more to my relocation than Kristi. She found an incredible house for us and worked tirelessly to get us the best deal possible on the house we wanted and ensured that it was within our budget. We had a tight timeline to get it done, and she made it happen even in these tough, COVID restricted times. She went above and beyond when we ran into trouble with house hold good delivery and solved a serious problem for us! Her local knowledge, process expertise, negotiation skills and customer service are second to none. We are in the right house, at the right place, at the right time for me my entire family. She is incredible and someone I recommend to all who may be reading this. Trust Kristi to get you the house you deserve!

Review Our experience with Kristi was great. She was reliable, knowledgeable, and proactive. We listed just as the world started to fall apart from COVID-19. She quickly recommended a virtual tour filming of our house so buyers would not be detoured from our property simply because of showing restrictions. We we under contract within the month. Would definitely recommend her.

And even when I made things tough on her she was kind and did everything she could to make things work. I seriously dont think I could have sold my home with anyone else!

Review We bought an investment property in Killeen with Kristi. She was great. Very thorough, professional, and responsive. She referred me to cleaners and a handyman. She was always prepared for each house, and was able to get me in to see houses within a day or two, since we don't live in Killeen. She is a great agent, and we look forward to working with her again.
