Aldridge and Southerland Realtors

Tracy Is an extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented realtor. She is professional in every aspect. She listens to her clients and their needs/concerns regarding the selling of a home and then makes professional recommendations based upon her knowledge of the field and what she believes will best serve the client.Tracy will help you make informed decisions on what your house should be listed based on sound information and current data. I found Tracy to be the kind of real estate agent I could have complete trust in that she would represent me in the best way possible. I highly recommend Tracy Skinner for any and all real estate needs.

We used Tracy to help us find our home in Greenville and also to sell it when we had to relocate. She is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She listened to our needs and stayed in constant contact. When we were selling I had to be out of state looking at houses. She took care of getting the house ready for the showings and even helped cat sit for us! Once the house sold I had to be out of state for a family emergency and Tracy came to our house while the movers were there packing until I could return. She is always there for you. We can't say enough about Tracy as a realtor as well as a great person. We highly recommend her!!

Working with Amanda again was a wonderful experience. When it came to selling our house, we had to get in touch with Amanda!! Communication with her is always easy, professional and prompt. She gave us excellent pointers, guided us in the correct direction and introduced us to the correct people to make our house ready to sell. We put the house on the market and a week later we had a buyer, unfortunately the person didn't qualify and we had to put it back on the market, again in less than a week we successfully sold the house. I have to say all of this because of Amanda's hard work. Her laugh is a great plus by the way!!

My realtor Tracy Skinner was awesome. She was very upfront and honest with me no matter the circumstances. She was very knowledgeable and if she didnt have the answers she had so many sources to give her what she needed. She made sure everything went smooth and the house I purchased was almost perfect. I would recommend her to anyone

Tracy Skinner was highly recommended by a co-worker and we are so glad for the recommendation. Tracy was great at helping us get our house on the market. Her recommendations regarding negotiations were the best. House sold quickly and she kept us in the loop regarding the closing with regular updates. Thank you Tracy
