ZillowVERIFIEDTracy Is an extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented realtor. She is professional in every aspect. She listens to her clients and their needs/concerns regarding the selling of a home and then makes professional recommendations based upon her knowledge of the field and what she believes will best serve the client.Tracy will help you make informed decisions on what your house should be listed based on sound information and current data. I found Tracy to be the kind of real estate agent I could have complete trust in that she would represent me in the best way possible. ZillowVERIFIED Tracy Skinner was highly recommended by a co-worker and we are so glad for the recommendation. Tracy was great at helping us get our house on the market. Her recommendations regarding negotiations were the best. House sold quickly and she kept us in the loop regarding the closing with regular updates. Thank you Tracy

ZillowVERIFIED We used Tracy to help us find our home in Greenville and also to sell it when we had to relocate. She is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She listened to our needs and stayed in constant contact. When we were selling I had to be out of state looking at houses. She took care of getting the house ready for the showings and even helped cat sit for us! Once the house sold I had to be out of state for a family emergency and Tracy came to our house while the movers were there packing until I could return. She is always there for you. We can't say enough about Tracy as a realtor as well as a great person. We highly recommend her!!

She was very knowledgeable and if she didnt have the answers she had so many sources to give her what she needed. She made sure everything went smooth and the house I purchased was almost perfect. ZillowVERIFIED Tracy was very prompt, professional, and responsive throughout the entire buying and selling process. She was more than willing to answer my many questions day in and day out as the process and terminology can be confusing as well as overwhelming at times. With her guidance we were able to purchase our new home for under asking price while selling our old home for over asking!

ZillowVERIFIED Tracy Skinner was successful at selling our house when the market was still in a slump. She helped us from the very beginning and stayed in constant contact all the way through closing day. That is different from our experience with other realtors during prior sales. Tracy went the extra mile hosting open houses and staging our otherwise empty house, as we had already moved. She stayed on top of every single detail and went to bat for us when the buyers realtor dropped the ball on a few things at their end. We would (and have already) recommend Tracy Skinner to help you sell or buy a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Tracey acted as our buying agent in the purchase of our current home. It was a For Sale by Owner property. The owners daughter was acting as her agent. We had several questionable requests made of us during the process and Tracey handled each one professionally. She never assumed she knew what our response would be, but let us make decisions with her input on market facts and traditions. I highly recommend Tracey Skinner as a Real Estate professional.

ZillowVERIFIED Tracy was amazing from start to finish. She took a complex process and made it easy. Our home was under contract in about a week for the full asking price. She provided staging advise as also put us in contact with a wonderful handy man and house cleaner. We couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend Tracy Skinner for all of your real estate needs!

ZillowVERIFIED Although we are in our 40's we are essentially 1st time home buyers. Tracy Skinner walked us through the process and made it super easy for us to understand... regarding home inspections, who we needed to see for the loan, lawyers, all of it. I'd highly recommend her as a realtor and was thankful she was there every step of the way. The entire process of buying our house never felt hard or overwhelming. I attribute that to her professionalism and her willingness to do whatever needed to be done to make sure we were getting a fair deal.

ZillowVERIFIED We found Tracy to be enthusiastic about the sell of our property and was quick to alert us to what we needed to do in order to get it on the market. She was highly communicative through letting us know about recent showings and then finally our "SOLD" sign was up! She was super nice and easy to work with in preparing all the documents we needed to exchange. Great to work with and made it easy for us!

ZillowVERIFIED Tracy was the consummate professional. She took the time to listen to what I wanted in a home and then took me to several houses in the area until we found the house and I was looking for. She was very knowledgeable in the mortgage and real estate processes and was very helpful when I needed to negotiate with the seller. Tracy walked me through the process of buying this house every step of the way which I'm not sure everywhere realtor would do. She was one step ahead of me and thought of things that I did not think of, which I REALLY appreciated! I will definitely be using her in the future and telling anyone I know to use her as their realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Tracy has got to be one of the most knowledgeable and hard working agents I have ever had the pleasure to work with. My husband's job keeps us moving frequently, and in the last 15 years, we've moved 8 times, so we've worked with a lot of agents through they years. Tracy Skinner was definitely the best of the best. She went out of her way to get us information about local taxes, utilities, amenities, and it was through her hard work and tenacity that we actually got to the closing table as scheduled.I would recommend Tracy without reservation or hesitation.
