ALANTE Real Estate

I trusted Aby with the selling of my home and the purchase of a new home. She immediately showed professionalism and care from the first meeting. Her attention to details and problem-solving throughout the process put me at ease in stressful moments. She worked tirelessly to get my house sold for the best possible price in time for the purchase of a new home. I will absolutely be recommending her to friends and coworkers!

Aby is outstanding!! Can highly recommend. Aby is one of those people who builds rapport instantly, she communicates clearly and directly and will go the extra mile to ensure your home is presented the right way for photos and opens. Very happy to say our home sold in a couple days and the process was seamless. Aby is easy to work with, polite and professional. She knows the market and set a realistic expectation for us to work with. I'd work with Aby again in a heartbeat.

Aby was awesome to work with from start to finish. She made the whole process way less stressful and was always quick to answer my questions. She was honest, easy to talk to, and always had my best interests in mind. I really appreciated how hard she worked to help me find the right place. I'd definitely recommend Aby to anyone looking for a great real estate agent, and I'd work with her again without a second thought.

We deeply appreciate the help and expertise we received from Kim Hanlon, Realtor, when selling our mothers house in Sandwich (Cape Cod) MA. There were so many things we didn't know we didn't know about the selling process. Kim guided us expertly through it all. She facilitated solutions to potential issues as they emerged and gave references to reputable service providers every time we needed one. Her advice was spot on and the house had multiple solid offers within a week of listing it. We're very happy we hired Kim to represent us!!

Sold our condo in Massachusetts living in Florida. Abigail was amazing. It sold fast and everything went smoothly. Any give us updates along the way. She set us up with a lawyer and we couldnt have asked for a better transaction.
