I don't know if words are enough to describe the phenomenal customer service experience that I received from Alan. He was very professional, knowledgeable, reliable, and ALWAYS over extended himself throughout my home buying process. Almost all the homes that I visited were serious potentials because Alan paid close attention to my wants/needs and made sure they came as close to, if not all of what I requested. The constant reassurance that I am going to accomplishment my mission of owning my home, even when I started to worry at times. I wish that customer service like that existed all around. Thanks a million to Alan I was able to surprise my children with a new home EXACTLY on Christmas Day as I had planned. I had expressed this to him at our first meeting that this is what my goal was and he made it come to fruition. The home I purchased has all except two things that I wanted, not needed, wanted. That's a great buy for me and I owe it all to Alan. I absolutely, positively, without hesitation, would recommend Alan. Thanks Alan for working a miracle.
