Gynell was very instrumental in helping us find our perfect home. We are new to NY and we didnt know where to begin in our search. Zillow connected me to her through their automated system. She answered the phone and she said she'd send me a MLS for the property I was interested in and she didn't. She first said she send it the next day, because she was traveling. This was understandable, but then, she said she'd send it to me later that evening. I wasn't expecting it that evening. However, she didn't send it that evening or the next day.

This real estate agent disappeared without any communication, after I tried to schedule visit to visit the property. Multiple text messages were ignored. Not recommended.

She was very unprofessional and disorganized. It was impossible to get return calls and she seemed to struggle with simple questions. It?s hard to believe she?s been in the business as long as she claims. I would not recommend her to my friends.

Beth is very patient and took us to any properties before we found "the one". She is very knowledgeable and knows her business well. And if she doesn't know, she finds out PDQ! She helped us through the whole process and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking in the Hudson Valley!
