My husband and I had such a smooth experience when using this group to sell our home as well as transitioning into finding our next home purchase. AVOID. Started off like a dream but once it's done, they became a nightmare! Natalie...constant miscommunications. Alex...too busy and dismissive. The agent could not be bothered to place 'under contract' on sign, did not show up when requested, and left only a cheap plant at the lawyer's office on closing day instead of a personal thank you! The "assurances" he gave me to keep me from firing them after all the "miscommunications" were only good until the money was guaranteed. Alex's dismissive behavior left me very offended and it felt quite DISCRIMINATORY, though it seems the color of my money was acceptable! If I could give 1 star or take back my $15,900, I would!

We want to say that Mary Gail and Alex truly exemplify how a realtor should be. When we moved to the Auburn area, MG tirelessly showed my wife house after house. When our home became available MG grabbed my wife and went running over to view it. We bought the house without me ever seeing it until a couple of days before closing. This home has been a dream. I only wish we could pick it up and take it with us now. Now our life has taking a slight turn and we're moving away from our cherished home. MG and Alex were warned about our past experiences selling homes (not good). I will never forget MG looking me in my eyes and telling me to trust her. We did and she had a full price offer within 3 days! If you don't use this team you are not getting the full effect of a Power team in real estate in the Auburn area.

Highly Recommend Kayla. We used her to buy our house in Auburn and she may the process very easy and stress free even though we were coming from another state she had everything lined up so looking at houses was a breeze. if you are looking for a good realtor to help you and your family a new home Kayla is the perfect one to help you!
