I have used Ted as my realtor for the last 15 years. The comfort of knowing he is looking out for you and your families best interest, walking you through the process of buying or selling your home in a clear and friendly manner would be enough for most people. Not for Ted, he goes the extra mile every time to ease you through the sometimes bumpy process. He doesn't try to cover issues, he works with all parties to come to a agreeable resolve. I simply couldn't imagine working with anyone else. As a example of his outstanding service, the purchasers of one of my homes chose Ted over their regular realtor to list their home in order to buy mine. Selling and closing two homes at once while keeping both parties informed must not have been an easy task. Ted kept us all informed and brought us to a timely closing on all parts. I know I can rely on Ted for his honesty, work ethic and knowledge. I always know I will hear back from Ted! When I have been overwhelmed, he has always told me where I was in the process and what to expect. He is my advocate with the title companies and helps me with lenders. I have had the good, the bad, and the ugly in terms of realtors and the process of buying and selling homes. Ted Leland gave me the opportunity to experience excellence. I had become so annoyed and frustrated not only in feeling like I am giving my money away to paper pushers, but feeling frustrated with the lack of experience and education I was becoming accustomed to in the realtors I was meeting on the West Coast. I sold my last two homes on my own through a title company due to this extreme frustration. It just felt like I was doing all the work and I knew what price I wanted. That is the mindset of the past.
